JEANNE HURLBERT, PHD

Chief Data Scientist

Jeanne Hurlbert, PhD brings to C&J expertise in assessments, survey research, social networks, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)/predictive analytics. Before launching Hurlbert Consulting Group, Jeanne spent over 25 years on faculty at Louisiana State University and directed the Louisiana Population Center Survey Research Lab. Her research was funded by such organizations as the National Science Foundation and she served on multiple National Science Foundational panels; she also served on the editorial boards of Social Forces and the Journal of Health and Social Behavior. She published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, becoming a recognized expert in social capital before retiring as a Professor of Sociology.

Her passion for customer service comes in part from watching her father, a country banker, help local residents build houses for their families and secure their futures—sometimes when no other bank would “take a chance” on them.

Jeanne has been featured or quoted in such media as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The LA Times, USA Today, Oprah and Friends, SmartMoney, SmallBiz, Forbes.com, US News and World Report, Radio-TV Interview Report, Nature, The Christian Science Monitor, National Public Radio, and Business Talk This Morning.

Chuck Boyce

Chuck Boyce is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategic leader with a robust 30-year track record in business operations, strategic negotiations, and real estate.

Currently, Chuck is a private investor at SmallBiZ.com, where he empowers small businesses with essential tools and resources. As Managing General Partner at ALB Futures, he strategically enhances asset value through financial analysis and acquisition strategies.

Previously, Chuck served as CEO of UA Services Corp, where he led cross-functional teams and expanded service capabilities within the DIY legal services industry until the company was acquired by LegalZoom.com.

With notable stints at McKinsey & Co, Chase Manhattan Bank, Estee Lauder, and Marsh McLennan, Chuck’s diverse roles have consistently demonstrated his prowess in project management, strategic development, and operational excellence.

An award-winning author, Chuck has contributed to several publications, sharing his insights on success and business growth. His professional skills in industrial engineering, collaborative problem solving, and digital marketing are complemented by his academic background from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Tracy Duchouquette

Title

Tracy brings over 18 years of experience as a technical writer/editor who has provided content, editorial, and design services in the tax accounting, telecommunication, and banking industries.

She left the corporate world in 2016 to focus on raising her family and has spent the past 10 years as an active member of multiple Texas PTA executive boards, including leading PTA communications teams at three different schools. Along the way, Tracy received the Texas PTA Life Member award for her volunteer work with her childrens’ elementary school.

Tracy enjoys writing and creating eye-catching images and is passionate about providing good content and visual design. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Marketing from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
